This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones the commodum.ai website uses, and how you can control them. In short: the Site places no analytics or advertising trackers, and the only thing it stores on your device is your choice on the consent banner.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device through your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, tracking pixels and third-party scripts. They can be used to make a site work (strictly necessary storage), to measure its audience or to display targeted advertising.

Under Directive 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy”), as transposed into Bulgarian law, and the GDPR, any storage on or access to your device that is not strictly necessary to provide the service you requested requires your prior consent.

2. Our approach

The Site is a static website: it has no user accounts, no advertising, no audience-measurement tool and no social-network plug-in. We place no first-party cookie and load no tracking script.

The only item we store on your device is your decision on the consent banner, so that it is not shown to you on every visit.

This item contains no identifier and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. Third-party services

To display its pages, the Site loads resources from third-party providers. Your browser then sends a request to their servers, which receive your IP address and technical information about your browser.

5. Managing your choices

Consent banner: you can change your decision at any time with the button below. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which the banner is displayed again.

This button clears your saved choice and displays the consent banner again.

Browser settings: you can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. See the help pages of your browser:

Blocking third-party content: if you block requests to Google Fonts or Unsplash, the Site remains usable with your browser's default fonts and without illustrations. Blocking the contact form provider will prevent the form from being displayed; you can then write to us at contact@commodum.ai.

6. Future changes

Should we introduce audience measurement or any other non-essential cookie, this policy will be updated beforehand and the banner will ask for your consent before any such cookie is placed. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
